Saturday Mornings at 11a via Zoom

We are all missing to pool and the Tsunami community. To meet the moment, Tsunami is delighted to present a series of dryland/bodyweight based workouts via Zoom for members of the team and our friends and families. We'll get together via Zoom Saturday mornings at 11a. 

Each Saturday, one of our coaches will guide us through a structured workout together. Join us!! We've lined up a great group of instructors for the first few weeks:

May 2: Alex Solomon

May 9: Joe Denton

May 16: Rachel Katz

PLEASE MAKE A DONATION

In addition to joining us, please consider making a  modest financial contribution to the Tsunami team. This year, our usual fundraising events (e.g. Powerhouse and Folsom Street Fair) will not be available to us..  We ask that you step in to help ensure the team will continue to be properly funded so we can be ready to roll once the pools open again.

Story

Our dryland / bodyweight based workouts are geared for swimmers of all levels.    Our aim is to keep you swim ready while connecting and supporting the Tsunami community.  The workouts will be inspiring a fun, and a great way to  participate in the Tsunami community during these days of social isolation.
