What can we do as a compassionate community to help the most vulnerable rebuild their lives and regain selfsufficiency?
Trinity Center is the first program of its kind in Walnut Creek, CA and is a community partnership. We bring together affordable housing plus, social services and the resources needed to raise individuals and families out of poverty, homelessness and hopelessness in to a life of dignity, safety and opportunity. Trinity Center is a non-profit that understands these situations and has created a welcoming, supportive and inclusive place for the homeless and working poor to regain or begin their road to selfsufficiency and housing.

We care for everyone with compassion and provide a place of safety, friendship and dignity. Trinity Center is a place where everyone has the opportunity for abundant life; a place where everyone knows my name!
Trinity Center’s mission is to be the doorway to opportunity for homeless and working poor people. We give care and hope to each one through supported access to services and resources. We invite everyone to participate in our mission.
Our Core Values:
-We strive to understand the unique needs of each member and create an action plan based upon their individual needs.
-We are knowledgeable and caring. We use our resources to be effective leaders and empower our members to suceed.
-We are involved in our community by facilitating partnerships and encouraging collaboration.

How we inspire HOPE:
-Caring and welcoming environment, where those we serve are considered Members of our community. We have a mutual respect for ourselves, one another and our neighbors.
-Member Advocacy: Caring and knowledgeable Advocates create an individualized Wellness Action Plan for each member. We offer assistance with housing, substance abuse, benefit applications and behavioral/mental health
-Daily services like: breakfast, lunch, food pantry, clothing shed, showers, laundry and mail stop
-Evening Winter Program: More than 50 beds available overnight, 7 days a week, during the most vulnerable winter months of December - March, in addition to daily program.
-Safe Parking Program: Launching in Fall 2019, qualified members who are actively working on a plan for permanent housing can find a safe environment to park and rest overnight.
-Housing First: Trinity Center advocates for affordable housing. St. Paul's Commons is an affordable rental community currently under construction in Walnut Creek, CA. Scheduled to open late 2019, St. Paul’s Commons is a mixed-use development with community-serving spaces operated by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Trinity Center.
-Volunteer Engagement: Trinity Center's community is strengthened by numerous caring volunteers who provide a sense of family and friendship.
