I've recently taken up the role as Executive Director at TIME'S UP focused on the Advertising industry.
TIME’S UP is an organization that insists on safe, fair, and dignified work for women of all kinds, and for the first year, we have a team running the legendary NYC Marathon. When TIME’S UP called for runners, I answered.
I’m running for all those who have been harmed in the workplace by harassment, discrimination, or inequity and all those who will unfortunately suffer this reality. I am running so that our sisters and daughters can live and thrive in a better world than we do.
Follow along on my journey to 26.2 — I’ll be documenting both the fun runs and the grueling ones, the moments I don’t think I can take another step and the ones where I feel like I’m Allyson Felix. I've gotten to explore some really incredible places through my runs and develop an even greater appreciation for my city.
Please make a donation if you can! All donations count, big or small. And if you have a little extra, send it over to my training/torture partner, the one and only Ro Kalonaros.
Also, make a funny sign and come cheer us on.
