Some of you may know, others may not, but Tim Donnelly is retiring (mostly). In honor of his retirement we have set up a charity drive for the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maine, an organization that means a lot to Tim. Here is a bit of info from their website (www.bgcmaine.org) that explains who they are and what they do:
"For more than 100 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine has provided youth development programs for young people, especially those who need us most. Our Clubhouses are safe places to learn, have fun and develop skills and interests that last a lifetime.
Our nationally recognized programs and activities are based on three priority outcome areas: academic success; leadership; and healthy lifestyles.
Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as responsible, productive, caring citizens."
Any and all donations will be undoubtedly appreciated by both the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maine, their members and affiliates, and especially by Tim.
Let's all give Tim a big "cheers" as he ends a long and succesful career!
