We are a boutique Fitness Studio in Middle Village Queens. We are looking to help raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. We will be hosting an inhouse Partner Workout on Saturday, October 26th from 9am-12pm.
The PARTNER workout will feature our specialized RIDE, RUN, ROW and LIFT, HIIT style of training. The suggested donation is $20.
The Workout: 7 MINS TO COMPLETE EACH PART 2 MIN REST BETWEEN EACH PART
A) 60 Calorie Row then 50 Partner Sit-up Ball Tosses
B) 60 Calorie Run then 25 High Five Partner Hand Release Push-ups
C) 60 Calorie Bike then 50 Partner Squat Ball Tosses
