6 Veterans from 75th Ranger Regiment, representing the Sua Sponte Elite Race Team (SSERT), will toe the line for the 3rd year in a row to compete in the Palmetto 200 Ultra Relay Run from Columbia, SC to Charleston, SC on 22 Mar 2019.
This race is an epic suckfest where each runner completes anywhere from 31-41 miles on the backroads of SC. But it also serves as a platform to raise money for The Sua Sponte Foundation (SSF); a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization with an all volunteer Board where 98% of ALL DONATIONS are directed to its mission of maintaining the pristine 1st Ranger Battalion Memorial (see photos) and provide rapid financial assistance to Rangers and their families in times of crisis.
Please take a few moments of your time to watch the 6 min video about the SSF and a special Gold Star Mom’s testimony about how the Foundation serves its mission.
To learn more about the Foundation, visit their website (below) which is rich in information especially where the money is distributed and other services offered to the Battalion:

We would appreciate you supporting our fundraiser with a financial donation so that the Sua Sponte Foundation can continue its mission behind the scenes to serve this Special Operations Unit and remember Our Fallen Brothers!
We raised over $7500 last year and the goal this year is $10,000.
SSF Tax ID: 27-4386692.
Thank you and Rangers Lead The Way!
