Hello friends and family and more! Thank you so much for visiting my donations page. We are back again to sucker punch diseases of the brain, especially Alzheimer’s.
It is my fourth year with the BvBDallas organization, and I have moved from player/captain to the Board of Directors (Fundraising). Through the support of all of you and my many teammates and peers, I am looking to once again raise the ante on the amount raised towards this disease. Money raised goes towards research, medical, and supporting families who are deeply affected by Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
As many of you know, I lost my father to an inoperable brain tumor in 2007. Brain diseases can come in many forms. With one of our beneficiaries being the Center for Brain Health, this organization is near and dear to my heart. We often go to the doctor to get a physical of our heart, cholesterol, etc, but we never get a physical of our brain…and it is available. By raising money for this research, I hope that one day we can find a cure for diseases that affect the brain.
I play for my father, Dick Danielson, and the many other people out there that have a loved one affected by Alzheimer’s. This year, BvBDallas is looking to raise $700,000 for Alzheimer ’s disease research and care. Don’t miss the epic rivalry between Team Blonde and BruCrew as they battle it out on and off the field to raise money. Every $25 gets you a ticket to the powder-puff game, August 10th at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.
Even if you are unable to come to the game, your generous donation will help us Tackle Alz!
Thank you all!
