For 36 years the JCC has been here for you. Let's think about all the JCC has provided:
Health, Wellness and Fitness
Arts & Cultural programs
Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Aquatics programs
Preschool for your children
Youth Sports programs (Basketball, Karate)
The JCC has become integral in the growth of our community, expanding our programs to meet the changing interests and needs of our wonderful community:
Senior Adult Programs - The JCC provides a wide array of programs and services, including Learning Thoughout Life, Various Sounds of Music, Movie Mavens, as well as arts, cultural and socialization opportunities for seniors in a safe, accessible and welcoming environment. Our virtual programming continues to grow and reach more and more of our community.
Baby Boomers & Beyond - The JCC engages a large group of "Baby Boomers", of diverse backgrounds, needs and interests, seeking an array of programs and services. We now offer virtual experiences, including lectures, museum and historic site visits. The JCC offers health, wellness, nutrition, healthy living and fitness programs. Upon our return to live programming, we will continue our expanded cultural and performing arts program, including trips to museums, performing and cultural arts exhibits, and lectures and intellectual enrichment offerings focusing on music, literature and history.
Live Well @ The JCC 55+ health and wellness program - This exercise and educational initiative focusing on the 55+ population, emphasizes Health, Fitness, disease prevention, and Wellness. Live Well offers an array of exercise and health and wellness classes, including our new outdoor fitness and exercise programs, as well as lectures and resources on healthy living, nutrition, disease prevention and mental and emotional wellbeing.
JCC Connects On The Road - This outreach initiative will again bring JCC programs, including music, arts and holiday celebrations to nursing and assisted living facilities in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties upon their reopening to visitors. When we return, we will also welcome residents from these facilities to the JCC for programs. These experiences are "trips" for the residents, creating opportunities for peer interaction.
The JCC provides so much for so many in our community. As we reflect on 2020 and look to a better, safer and healthier 2021, we thank you for your continued support. We ask you to help ensure a better year to come, and to remember the JCC of Middlesex County with your year-end gift. Now more than ever we need you to donate to the JCC, so we can be here for you tomorrow! Thank you and Happy New Year!
