Education budget cuts due to COVID-19 are estimated to increase the achievement gap in low income communities by 20%. If we want to ensure our young people have the opportunities they deserve, we must invest in their education today. That’s why we’ve launched an urgent campaign to bring our IGNITE program tuition-free to 200 teens in underserved communities this school year.
We need your help to make it happen.
Prismatic’s IGNITE program is a national effort to cultivate young leaders in under-resourced communities through education, inspiration and funding.
This 12-week virtual career mentorship series for teens ages 14-18 serves as a launchpad for success in any field.
Throughout the program, students...
...build confidence in leadership through workshops in Social-Emotional skills
...discover true empowerment through self-awareness in mission, vision, values and strengths
...explore career pathways through mentorship in a wide variety of industries
...see their potential by hearing from minority and underrepresented leaders speak on their journey
Only 16% of children raised in poverty grow up to become economically successful adults.
We're on a mission to drive income equality and leadership diversity for the next generation by investing in leadership development for teens in low-income communities.
Join us in investing in young people most effected by COVID-19 today.

“Often times with school and life, it seemed that I knew myself but with the program the past month, it made me think more about how I could make a difference. IGNITE has shown me how knowing what you believe in, determining your strengths, and learning how to become your authentic self really matters.”
