ADHD. It's a gift if you learn how to work with it. I was diagnosed as being ADHD in my early 20's. For years I was medicated. At some point it became clear that while it helped me focus, it also had side effects on my gut and I was not really "me". I discovered a better way of treating myself. It was physicl activity. Biking is the best among those as I am active, but have so much visual stimilus as I ride that I am able to focus better both on the ride and after. I freaquenly hold meeting in the saddle and using the Sena helmet with integrated speaker and headphone spend hours each week talking to clients, attenting board meetings and making new friends all while pedaling.
