Stay Well Streak by the American Cancer Society is a wellness initiative to help us get up and get moving. Regular activity and healthy diets are key to preventing many types of cancers. Join our challenge and commit to move often, eat healthy and stay well.
How it works:
1. Commit to be active at least once per day. We recommend 30 min everyday for 30 days or 7 miles in 7 days. You set your own commitment level based on activity time or mileage.
2. Post about your commitment activity on social media and hashtag #ACSStayWellStreak. Use your own photo or pick one from our graphics library.
3. Encourage followers to support your streak by funding the cancer mission. Include the link to this Stay Well page or your own personal fundraising page (if you are an existing ACS participant) in your posts and/or Instagram bio.
For extra donations: Make pledges for donations by making personal asks, often!
Example: I commit to walk 1 hour every day for 30 days. If you donate $1, I will add 1 minute per day.
