That Quinn smile- it met us all the day he was born. Although handsome is a word he blushes and smiles at- it describes a quiet amazing young man who enjoys his life on his terms. Quinn offers a sheepish smile for everyone.
Quinn has a quiet presence that draws you in to talk to him. Although there have certainly been obstacles in life- Quinn has proven to himself that any obstacles were merely billboards he passed on the highway toward living his best life.
Quinn has inspired us all. Quinn loves his family, his dog Tater, his pet fish Ren and a really irritating cat named Milka. Quinn loves watching sports, keeping everyone apprised of his video games successes, and also looking toward his future and University. We're very proud of Quinn and can't wait to see where he steers his future.
Although Quinn understands he has autism- he doesn't let autism define who he is. In many ways autism has enriched his ability to appreciate and love in a very true sense.
Early diagnosis of autism and the implementation of appropriate supports can make a positive impact on a young life. There have been so many caring therapists and so many wonderful resource supports along the way who have helped Quinn.
Every 11 minutes someone receives an autism spectrum diagnosis.
