WE HELP NONPROFITS AND COMMUNITIES THRIVE
Tech Impact's mission is to empower communities and nonprofits to use technology to better serve the world. We are proud that we have been able to respond rapidly to the changing needs of our constituents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A lifeline for our nonprofit clients:
As a leading provider of technology solutions for nonprofits, we offer a comprehensive suite of technology services that include managed IT support, data, and strategy services, telecommunications, and cloud computing integration and support. Since COVID-19, we have been working tirelessly to help organizations transition to remote work environments so they can continue to serve their communities.
Nonprofits also rely on us for independent, thoroughly-researched technology education resources. Our team worked quickly to deliver several free online training workshops that provided vital information to nearly 3,000 nonprofit professionals to help them leverage technology to respond to this global crisis.
Improving the lives of adults in our communities through education:
Our free ITWorks and CXWorks training programs, which we operate in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Nevada, have prepared almost 700 young adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to start their careers in the technology and customer experience industries. Our programs have an 87% graduation rate, and more than 80% of graduates nationwide secure IT jobs within six months, helping to provide local businesses with in-demand talent.
We were able to quickly adapt our IT and customer experience training programs to online learning formats.
Our PunchCode full-stack coding school is based in Las Vegas, NV, where the thriving hospitality industry has been hit particularly hard by the pandemic. We responded by offering a free three-week Introduction to Coding class to help displaced workers learn new skills, which had over 160 participants, many of whom were recently laid off.

Nonprofit client quotes:
"Melissa Brown was amazing! She was patient, diligent, and very understanding through the whole process. She was attentively and did exactly what she said she would do. She needed to call me back or follow-up she did it. I am so grateful for her assistance during this transition. I told her, right now she is the most important person in America as she helps all these people troubleshoot their tech problems :)."
"I have been attending many webinars in the last two weeks and your webinar yesterday called "My Fundraising Event Was Cancelled, Now What? Adapting During COVID-19" was by far one of the most helpful."
