Joe Beykirch was born and raised in Sedalia, MO, graduating from Smith-Cotton High School in 1982. After high school he attended the University of Central Missouri. In 1990 he married Donna Dirck, and the two share three children – Megan Latinis who resides in Prairie Village with her husband Michael; Erika Kelly who resides in Columbia, MO with her husband Dylan, and Kiley Beykirch who is a sophomore at Sacred Heart High School.
Joe has worked for 40 years at the Beykirch’s family business, County Distributing. Joe’s parents, Bob and Dot Beykirch, were involved in numerous activities and organizations in and around the Sedalia/Pettis County community, one of those being CASA. Dot Beykirch was an active volunteer and CASA board member. Bob Beykirch had the privilege of heading up the 1994 capital campaign that raised money to purchase the 7500 square foot shelter facility that CASA continues to use today. Like his parents, Joe, his wife Donna, and County Distributing continue to support CASA and their work to end rape and abuse in our community.
