Dear Friends and Family,
Once again it is time for Merrick's Walk for EDIN on Sunday, October 20th. This year marks my 6th anniversary as a volunteer with the Eating Disorders Information Network and our 10th anniversary in the personal fight against this horrible disease. For my family the outcome is triumphant, but for others the struggle is real and continues.
Merrick's Walk (which began in 2001 in honor of Merrick Ryan, a 19 year old Galloway school alumna who lost her life to anorexia) and EDIN's message are clear. To raise awareness of eating disorders. To remember those who have lost their battle with an eating disorder. To raise funds for the Eating Disorders Information Network (EDIN) and support our work to provide education about eating disorders, promote healthy body image and self-worth in children, adolescents, and adults in the Atlanta community, and to give people hope and direction in time of need.
Please join me in supporting EDIN's work and mission by making a donation today! Your support means so much to me, Maddie and Jordan.
With love and gratitude,
