What is the entry fee for the Spartan Fenway Race? The entry fee for Spartan Fenway is approximately $160.00, but with your $200 Special Ops Survivors donation, the Spartan entry fee is waived. Once you are registered on our Crowdrise page, you will receive a coupon code via email to use to pay for your Spartan race. IN ADDITION TO THE MINIMUM FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT, THERE IS A MANDATORY INSURANCE/BAG CHECK/SERVICE FEE (approx $18.00) PAID DIRECTLY TO SPARTAN WHEN YOU COMPLETE PART 2 OF REGISTRATION BY SIGNING UP ON THEIR SITE.
Team SOS Spartan registration is a multi-step process to secure Guaranteed Entries, and these must be completed by noted deadlines in order to participate.
· Register for Team SOS Spartan on our fundraising page on Crowdrise. Each participant will be required to set up their own fundraising page. You can create a team, join a team, or run as an individual.
· Registration tickets are $50, with a fundraising guarantee pledge to raise $200 by November 1, 2019.
· To submit your $200.00 fundraising guarantee, you will be required to enter your credit card information into the Crowdrise fundraising platform. Your card will only be charged the difference if you do not reach the fundraising minimum commitment by the deadline of November 1, 2019.
· After you complete and pay for registration on our Crowdrise Page, you will be emailed an entry code for Spartan. This code will be unique to you.
· Register with Spartan for the Saturday, November 9, 2019 AFTERNOON Fenway Stadium race between 1pm-5pm. Register yourself as an individual - you will not see your team on the Spartan site. You will still all be running together. Exact race start time for your team TBD approx one week before the race. (Please note - if the afternoon heat is sold out, you can register with your code for any open time slot on Saturday, November 9th and still race with your team.)

What happens if the Saturday afternoon heat is sold out when I register on the Spartan website? If the Saturday afternoon heat is sold out when you register, you can sign up for any time slot that is open on Saturday, November 9th. As long as you use the unique code provided to you, you will still be racing in the afternoon with your team. Is there a fundraising minimum? Yes, there is a mandatory $200 minimum fundraising requirement for all participants. Special Ops Survivors' excellent charity rating ensures that your efforts in raising money will be directly benefiting our Survivors. Although we are asking for a $200 minimum to participate, we hope and encourage you to raise as much as you can. Special recognition and prizes go to the top fundraising teams and individuals!
Why is there a minimum fundraising requirement? The goal of this event is to raise money to support the Survivors of fallen Special Ops Soldiers. With every racer giving a $200 donation, Spartan has generously waived their race fee to help us with our mission.
When is the deadline to register for Spartan Fenway? The deadline to register is October 31, 2019, but in order to receive your custom SOS TEAM shirt, you must register by October 10, 2019.
When is the deadline to meet the $200 minimum fundraising requirement?Each participant must meet the fundraising requirement by November 1, 2019. Participants must agree to meet the minimum fundraising requirement in order to register. If the fundraising minimum is not met by this deadline, participants' credit cards will be charged the $200, minus the portion of the funds that have already been raised.
Can I register without agreeing to meet the minimum fundraising requirement and without acknowledging that I know my credit card will be charged if I don't raise at least $200? No, you will not be able to complete your registration if you do not agree to meeting the minimum fundraising requirement and to understanding that your credit card will be charged if the $200 minimum is not met by November 1, 2019.
Therefore, if you have registered, you have agreed to these terms. Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions as you are registering. All participants are responsible for reading what they agree to when registering.
Can I immediately donate $200 instead of fundraising to meet the minimum requirement? Yes, upon registering, you must make an initial minimum donation of $50. You can then donate an additional $150 on your sign up page. You’ll be all set to participate but we still encourage you to fundraise beyond the $200 since all proceeds benefit our Survivors!
Can I donate less than $200 when registering that will count towards my minimum fundraising requirement? Yes, upon registering, you must make an initial minimum donation of $50. You must agree to raise at least $150 more by November 1, 2019 to participate in the race. If you have not raised funds totaling $200 by November 1, 2019, your credit card will be charged the difference.
My company offers matching donations. Can I count that towards my $200 minimum? Although company matches are greatly appreciated and welcomed, unfortunately we can not count their donation towards your $200 minimum at this time.
If I am no longer able to make it to Spartan Fenway after registering, can I receive a refund or have someone else race in my place? No, participation is non-transferrable and registration fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
How do I form a team? You can form a team while you register online by selecting the option to "Create a Team" - you will become the Team Captain and will be asked to enter the Team Name. Those who wish to join your team can then register by selecting the option to "Join a Team."
Is there a limit on team size? No - sign up as many teammates as you can!
Is there a minimum age to participate? Yes, participants in the Spartan Fenway must be at least 14 years old on event day. Any racers caught with underage racers on the course will be removed from the course and will not be given a refund.
How do I join a team? To join an existing team, select the "Join a Team" option, and select the Team Name from the drop-down menu. Once you find the team you wish to join, select it, click “Next Step”, and proceed with registration.
Does each member of a team need to raise the $200 minimum? Yes, each team member is responsible for meeting his or her own $200 minimum fundraising requirement. All donations must be credited to an individual participant.
I am a Team Captain - can I enroll all members of my team at one time? Unfortunately, group registration is not an option at this time. We ask that you register multiple participants as separate transactions. We appreciate the effort that goes into registering teams, and thank you for your patience!

When can I pick up my registration packet
