We need your help to continue the fight to stop seizures! 1 in 26 people are diagnosed with epilepsy and it is estimated to affect more than 250,000 children and adults in Missouri and Kansas. Please help us win the fight for people in our community that are challenged with seizures.
Sean Angerer was a seemingly healthy boy up until just before his 4th birthday, when he began having seizures following a febrile illness. He has a devastating form of epilepsy called Febrile Infection-Related Epilepsy Syndrom (F.I.R.E.S.). His catastrophic onset almost killed him, and he now faces a lifelong challenge of daily seizures, tramatic brain injury, and disability. Watch Sean's video for more information on his journey and condition.
He fights every day for his life, and so every dollar raised goes towards better treatments and cures for kids like Sean who suffer from seizures. Please consider participating or donating to this worthy cause. Thank you for supporting the Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas, and people like Sean who will not give up!
