This August 3rd-4th I will be attempting to run one mile every hour for 24 consecutive hours in the Anytime Fitness 24 in 24 Challenge.
My name is Bobby and I am running for Ryan. I'm running to make his wish come true. I am also running for my son who is autistic. I am running for my wife and two kids. I run for the parents who worry everyday for their children. I run for those who won their battle and that that don't. I run for hope. Hope that just by running, I can brighten up the day of Ryan and all the other kids. I run for my mother on Earth while she is in heaven. I run to make a difference every for just one day. These wish kids we run for and every child deserves the world, and I love to be a part of something great to help celebrate the ones who struggle and overcome rough day thrown at them. This year, I run for Ryan and I am so proud to do so.
In November 2018, a swollen lymph node on Ryan’s neck revealed that Ryan was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin T Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Ryan is a smart, fun, energetic, competitive 12-year-old boy with big dreams and an even bigger heart. He loves being outdoors, playing hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
Will you support my efforts and help me grant Ryan’s Big Wish?
