I moved to San Francisco in 2015, where I first lived in Visitacion Valley. I spent my first year in a half in that neighborhood, while attending the University of San Francisco School of Law. Now, after graduating law school, I seek to give back to my community.
Throughout my experience as a student, working-out kept me sane. I believe that being physically healthy leads to being mentally healthy. The gym, running, swimming ... it was my way of releasing unwanted anxiety and strengthening mental fortitude. I hope that by taking on this new physical challenge, I can provide children with the same opportunities I was given.
