Details of the workout:
6:00 p.m. - Warm up with music and stories about how sports shaped the character, grit, resilience, compassion and more of some of our beloved athletes and coaches
6:30 p.m. - Ultimate Leg-Day Workout influenced by the 37 sections of Harvard Stadium led by TB12.
7:15 p.m. - Cool down and wrap-up with a surprise or two!
