Please help us support the children of Ubuntu Life Foundation through this 'ungala' celebration. While we would love to be able to celebrate with you in person, Mary and I will not be able to travel this year so we hope that you can support us in this way, even with an ocean between us.
These are different times and we are learning to do all that it takes to make a difference. This is the time to stay united for the good of humanity. Through this virtual fundraiser, we are fighting to ensure that all children have a place to turn and that the cycle of poverty doesn't prevent a child from having a childhood.
Our goal is to raise enough through our generous global community to host a telemedicine health clinic in October for our almost 300 patients. If we hit $5,000, it will completely cover the cost of all personnel (doctors, translators, nurses, Community Health Workers and more), permits, a month of the neuro medications we'll be dispensing, transportation, and supplies to keep everyone safe such as masks and gloves. This critical clinic will ensure that these patients have access to consistent care during these uncertain times.
We say asante sana to everyone who is able to help us through this uncertain time, and let's keep up the Ubuntu spirit that has been our source of encouragement at these times!
