Over the past 10 years, Jonathan's family and friends have come together to celebrate life in his memory for a bean bag tournament honor. This is the first year that there will not be a tournament. To show your support, please join our team! We hope to have participants from all over the world and you will be able to join us from literally anywhere <3 Please use #hopehunt and #teamfanger for your pictures.
During this time of uncertainty, it has been decided that this year’s Walk of Hope will be a completely virtual event. This was an extremely tough decision knowing so many use this time to heal.
A virtual Walk of Hope means that there will not be a physical gathering for participants on September 12. Instead, we invite you to register, donate and show your support by putting out yard signs and hanging posters and flyers in your front windows. The event will still stream live on Facebook and we ask that you join us for these virtual festivities which is followed by the #HopeHunt immediate after.
Help spread the word and reach out to family members and friends to join and contribute to the energy and passion of this year’s Walk of Hope. Central South Dakota relies on your loyal dedication and assistance more than ever. Through valued friends and family like you, the Walk of Hope continues to further the mission of suicide education prevention and awareness. Thank you for caring!
