Nicole Doebert has worked for Thrivent Financial for nearly 20 years. She currently serves as Strategy Consultant leading customer experience strategies for the organization. Past work experience includes serving a chief of staff for the Member Services division, managing member retention, congregational marketing strategy, Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity, workshop/event strategy and communication strategy. Nicole lives in Appleton, WI with her husband Brian and their three crazy black cats. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and English from St. Norbert College. She and her husband graduated the MBA program at UW Oshkosh together in 2006. She serves on the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Grant Committee and on the board of directors for the Sexual Assault Crisis Center. In past fundraising events, Nicole won the 2017 Principal Player award in the Fox Valley Sinfonia fundraiser to benefit the Fox Valley Symphony, and won the 2016 Community Engagement Award after raising $58,000 in the Shall We Dance fundraiser for the Sexual Assault Crisis Center. Previously, Nicole was the mentor for Thrivent Women’s Leadership Cohorts, served on the Fox Valley Symphony board of directors/executive committee, and is the former chair of the Thrivent Women’s Leadership Network. She sings with the First English Lutheran Church music worship team and is now and forever a HUGE fan of all things Disney and Star Wars.
