City Lites Network was created 15 years ago with the goal of empowering inner city communities. We provide health awareness and wellness information, and resources for inner city communities.
The first ever event consisted of three tents providing health awareness and resources, and families coming together for a day of community and fun at Jesse Owens Park. Today, this event has exponentially grown into a Mini-Marathon and a Free Health Festival with a over 35 healthcare resources and Health Pavilion Stage, direct services provided onsite, healthy food vendors, non-food vendors, live entertainment on two different stages, and a Youth Village. We need support in order to build out and sustain our programs, as well as to put on a free festival for inner city communities.
Corporate and private companies, foundations, and donors are needed to help City Lites continue to do its work. We want to thank the supporters we do have, and welcome new donors.
See you at the "Heart & Mind" Inner City Mini-Marathon & Health Festival!
