Carol Procter is an amazing and creative person who is dealing with a rare variant of Alzheimer's disease that is stealing her vision. She has a very positive attitude and generosity of spirit and is not being held back by these obstacles. She played cello in the Boston Symphony Orchestra for 38 years before becoming an artist whose medium is multi-media collages. In order to help people understand how she is dealing with her diagnosis, she created the Alzheimer's Series. The loving support we both receive from the Alzheimer's Family Support Center of Cape Cod enables us to meet each new day with optimism. Because of them, we know we are not alone. Please help us raise funds so all souls in our community and their families who are dealing with dementia can find comfort and support and hope because of this wonderful group (AFSC).
