HIIT Cancer in the Stomach
Since September, I've been waking up early 6 or 7 days a week, to take a Zoom workout with Jesse's JBHIIT classes. Each day's workout has a different purpose, and each morning's narrative is themed around a combination of pop culture references wrapped around motivational statements with the sole purpose of pushing beyond your comfort zone and into the realm of growth. In other words, it's more than a workout; it's instructions that you can use to guide your entire life.
One of the frequent motivators is adversity. We've all faced adversity this year, but how many of us have used adversity to set ourselves up for success? In swift succession, Jesse is now facing his own adversities, but following his own advice, he's using these adversities to slingshot himself to success.
Following this mindset, I will attempt to complete 1500 burpees in the month of February, in an effort to raise money for the American Bladder Cancer Society Inc. Please donate to this effort. Your entire, tax-deductible, donation goes to the American Bladder Cancer Society.
