JULIE SHEEHY, TEAM AYDEN
This August 3rd-4th I will be attempting to run one mile every hour for 24 consecutive hours in the Anytime Fitness 24 in 24 Challenge.
My Why
Why not? Life is about giving and 24 in 24 is the opportunity to provide Ayden his special wish. It's an honor and privilege to be a part of this incredible event. Please join me, Captain Stadium, Noon, August 3 to the final mile starting 11:00a on August 4.
Believe in your heart that you're meant to live a life full of passion, purpose, magic and miracles.” ― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
Ayden’s Story
Ayden was born on September 6, 2013 and he was transferred to the NICU due to the lack of oxygen. He has suffered with a number of medical issues including PEG, Cystic Fibrosis, GURD, GI disorder, MRSA with viral meningitis, CDIFF, and a Blood Clot Disorder. Additionally, Ayden battles Hypohydronic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED). This condition causes Ayden to lack sweat glands, tear ducts, teeth, a voice, hair, and fingernails. It has also caused lung and breathing issues, and deterioration of the lining of his stomach.
Will you support my efforts and help me grant Ayden’s Big Wish?
