I was diagnosed with MS in 2005, at the age of 21. MS affects people to various degrees and its course is often unpredictable. I am committed to staying active and being useful for as many days as the Lord gives me. My neurologist at the University of Kansas Hospital told me about the MS Achievement Center. It is a great resource for people with MS providing physical therapy, occupational therapy and support for people with the disease. The fundraiser for the MS Achievement Center is a virtual race during the month of February. You can support the MS Achievement Center by joining my team and participating in the Race to Nowhere or by donating to the cause.
