Please help me meet my goal of running the Boston Marathon by donating to the TB12 Foundation, which empowers at risk athletes!
I ran my first marathon in 2015, but soon found myself struggling to fight chronic pain and arthritis. After succumbing to cramps during the Berlin marathon in 2017, I began researching new methods of diet and training to enable my body to perform at a high level. I came across the TB12 method, overhauled my regimen, and the results have been incredible. Since then, I have run 5 out of 6 of the World Major Marathons, shaving nearly two hours off my first marathon time. In 2020, I aim to run the Boston Marathon in under 3 hours and 45 minutes, setting a new personal record and completing my goal of running all 6 world majors.
The TB12 Foundation aims to help educate and inspire athletes to excel in both sports and life by providing access to innovative health and wellness resources that support preparation, performance and recovery. For more information, see link.
