For the second straight year, I'm honored to run the Boston Marathon for TargetCancer Foundation. I'm running again in memory of my dad who passed away from cholangiocarcinoma when he was just 47 years old with the rest of his life before him. Please consider donating to my cause and helping me raise money for TargetCancer Foundation in honor of my dad. *Please check to see if your company matches charitable donations. Cholangiocarcinoma is a rare cancer of the liver bile duct. Like many other rare cancers, its underfunded and under reasearched, which is why the work of TargetCancer Foundation is so important. TCF is funding some of the leading research in the industry with Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, so that some day, cholangiocarcinoma patients have treatment options that weren't available for my dad and family years ago.
Last year, I was able to raise $20,250 for TargetCancer. With your generosity, I hope to surpass that this year and provide TargetCancer with funding that they deserve.
TargetCancer Foundation promotes the development of lifesaving treatment protocols for rare cancers. TargetCancer Foundation directly supports initiatives at the forefront of cancer treatment by funding innovative research, fostering collaborations, and raising awareness among scientists, clinicians, and patients.
