Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic TAFR has been unable to host our usual fundraising events. We need your support to help our injured Texas First Responders.
Founded in 2007, Texas Association of First Responders was created to assist Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Service Personnel injured in the line of duty.
TAFR is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with no paid staff, dedicated to honoring those who serve and protect our communities throughout the Lone Star State.
Since its inception, TAFR has distributed over $350,000 in funds to assist injured First Responders.
Every year, TAFR hosts several events to raise money that is given exclusively to assist injured First Responders. Events include a Wild Game Cook Off, First Responders Wild Motorcycle Ride and a Casino Night.
First Responders are the “First To Show…Last To Go” ™ when their communities need them in emergency situations. Many of those situations present a chance of danger.
TAFR is a source of assistance for the ones we depend on to help us in our times of need.
Now, more than ever, they need your help!
Please consider donating to support our front-line heroes.
