I've taken on a new challenge to get fit, fundraise AND have fun! Every Saturday for the next 18 weeks my mom and I will walk/run a 5K -- we'll have completed 55 miles when we're done! My goal is to raise $20 per mile with a total goal of $1,000 and donate all of the funds to Make-A-Wish Connecticut.
Also, I am partnering with Positive Tracks – an organization that helps young people sweat for good. In addition to supporting me and my effort, they are doubling the dollars I raise for Make-A-Wish up to $1,000!
