Help a Dog Change a Life
“Before Tiffany, I could never have lived on my own,” says Kira Naftzinger.
Her service dog, SSD Tiffany, turns on lights, helps her change clothes, opens the refrigerator and other doors, closes drawers, and even removes paper clips. With Tiffany by her side, Kira has the confidence and independence to live in her own home and go to work at a job she enjoys.
“She has been making the other half of my body that doesn’t work too well feel more whole. Tiffany is living proof that a life has been changed.”
And that’s what the dogs placed by Susquehanna Service Dogs do. Change lives and give hope.
Since 1993, Susquehanna Service Dogs has been raising, training, and placing assistance dogs to assist children and adults to live full, rich lives. Our goal is to build a new training complex so we can open the door to hope and independence for even more people.
Help us build a new training complex. By supporting Susquehanna Service Dogs, you are making an impact in people’s lives.
You make a difference.
