Child Care Providers in Over 500 Programs Have Remained Open to Serve the Families of Essential Workers
At Child Care Council of Nassau, Inc., (CCCN) our dedicated employees work tirelessly to support the community we serve. Now, the Council needs your help. Our organization is committed to ensuring that child care providers, the unsung heroes in our community, are able to maintain support for the families of Nassau County's Essential Workers during the coronavirus crisis.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, CCCN has not stopped working. There are many ways that the Council continues to support childcare providers and families throughout Nassau County. A daily hotline for emergency responders, 516-727-0331, distribution of much needed health and safety supplies, continuous personal outreach to programs by both phone and email, and the launch of the CARES Scholarship & Materials Program for eligible essential workers.
While closed to the public, Council remains open for business and other services that can be delivered remotely.
Any dollar amount given will help deliver and meet these needs.
