For more than a year, I've put my heart and soul into the March for Science, and I've been so grateful for the support of many of you! Today is April 1, which means that we are just shy of 2 weeks away from the 2018 march. I'm asking you to consider chipping in to support science activism through 2018 and a sustainable future for grassroots science organizing. If all of you chip in just $10, you will collectively have made a *huge* contribution toward overall costs. Proceeds raised go to support the event in DC on April 14, and what's left after that goes to a community grant program that will fund science outreach and advocacy initiatives across the country (including get out the vote campaigns in November!). If you've spent 2017 and 2018 fighting for science - whether you've made calls to ask your elected officials to stand up against an unqualified nominee (or twelve), signed a petition in support of funding for gun violence research, or simply checked your voter registration status in preparation for this year's elections - you know that there is a LOT of work to do. However much you can donate right now - whether it's $1 or $1000 - I appreciate anything you can do, and everything you HAVE done.
