For those of you who know Danny, you know that he has always been a fighter, and when he was diagnosed with Stage 3A Testicular Cancer in early March 2021, it only made him an even stronger warrior. Danny’s faith has never wavered during his treatment, he is a true Chemo Hero. Danny’s strength inspires everyone around him and he has never once allowed cancer to slow him down—he even has been maintaining straight A’s in an Ivy League Physical Therapy Doctoral Program by taking classes and exams while in his treatment chair! He is a Rockstar! Cancer may have started this fight, but we all know who will finish it.
It takes balls to survive Testicular Cancer, so help support Danny during his fight! April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, so now is the perfect time to show Danny your support by putting on your best purple attire in recognition of Testicular Cancer and joining us in a virtual 5K walk/run (since this is a virtual event, complete the 5K whenever it is convenient for you during the month of April)! Because we cannot all be physically together at this time, let Danny know you are fighting with him and have participated by posting a picture of your virtual 5K walk/run to your social(s) using the hashtag: #SUPPLESTRONG and tagging him: @strength_science_. These photos will then be compiled and posted on this page to commemorate the virtual 5K event. Also, help support the greater cause by donating in honor of Danny’s name to the Testicular Cancer Society where research, improving awareness, and ensuring access to quality care for every fighter is a priority.
