Shortly after my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I became passionate about finding products that would be a good fit for her.
After all, our skin is our largest organ and deserves the best treatment at all stages in life.
In my search for better ingredients, I discovered how unregulated the personal care products industry is. I was shocked, but empowered, when I learned there was a company called Beautycounter—whose mission is to get safer products into the hands of everyone.
For the month of June Beautycounter is supporting Stand Up to Cancer.
As many of you know, this past January my mother passed away from cancer. Her legacy has inspired me even more to improve personal skin care routines using products and treatments screened for safety.
