Join the Barrera/Thorpe/Ferguson/Dontzin team in rallying their student network to bring in funds for those hit hardest by COVID-19: the 1.8 million New Yorkers already living in poverty, and the many others who, overnight, found themselves on the brink of it.
Our mission: to inspire other students to give small donations until we reach our goal of $15,000 to help their neighbors in need.
COVID-19 will devastate the entire country, but it’s the most vulnerable New Yorkers — people living in poverty — who will be hit the hardest. Robin Hood is acting swiftly and efficiently – getting millions of dollars out the door each week – to support the nonprofits on the frontlines.
We are excited to be partnering with Robin Hood, who will direct 100% of the funds you raise to the poorest New Yorkers’ most urgent needs: food, shelter, cash assistance, health and mental health, legal services, education and more. Together, we can make sure the New York we return to is once again the strong, resilient city that lifts up ALL its citizens.
Lets do this!
