Please help us by prayerfully considering your Gift to the Parish, as we continue our 130+ year history in the Mission of Jesus Christ!
Our sincere thanks to all of you who have contributed to our campaign, and continue to do so. Your generosity during these unprecedented times, even while you also are affected by this pandemic, has been sustaining us.
As we continue to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus pandemic, let us also give God thanks for being able to resume the public celebration of Masses in our Church.
We have resumed the 12:10pm Mass, Monday thru Friday, and a schedule of Masses on Sunday. Please note that, effective November 21, the Saturday evening 5pm Vigil Mass is restored!
Therefore, our revised weekend Mass Schedule is:
Saturday: 5pm with Music
Sunday: 8:30am (Quiet), 10:30am and 12 Noon, both with Music.
Also, for those who are in vulnerable categories, sick, or yet uncomfortable to return to Church, we are continuing ‘live-streaming’ the 10:30am Mass each Sunday. The New Livestream Mass link is: www.spphoboken.com/virtual
The Church continues to be open for visits and private prayer on the following schedule:
Mondays thru Fridays: 11am-1:30pm,
Please check our Parish website: www.spphoboken.com, our Facebook or YouTube page: The Catholic Community of Saints Peter and Paul, for updates and further information.
Again, thank you for your continued prayers and support. We could not continue to exist and open our doors without them.
God Bless you, your families, and loved ones.
Prayerfully in Christ,
Monsignor Andreano & Parish Staff
The Archdiocese of Newark
Welcome. The Archdiocese of Newark is coordinating with the team at GoFundMe to provide one online location for the faithful to support the critical needs of their own parish (through this page) or other parish communities (through the Parishes in Need fund). The faithful may also contribute through their usual channels (e.g., envelopes, other online giving, the Annual Appeal).
Please consider a tax-deductible contribution to your parish on the parish’s GoFundMe page, or to the Parishes in Need fund, which will be used to conduct outreach to those in need and support those communities struggling to continue to pay their employees and church utility bills through this crisis. Contributions raised through the parish GoFundMe page will benefit that parish.
Cardinal Tobin has waived the usual archdiocesan assessment for contributions raised through this initiative. GoFundMe does not charge a platform fee (0%). There is a 0% platform fee and only an industry-standard payment processing fee of 1.9% + $0.30 per donation. If a charity receives a donation of $100, they will net $97.80. Donors will also have the option to tip GoFundMe Charity to support their continued business.
Thank you for your generosity to your parish and to those parish communities unable to meet their critical needs alone.
