We are working collaboratively with organizations to prepare teachers, mentors, and coaches to integrate our curriculum into their work with their students and players.
Through this work, we are helping build and support values-aligned cultures in which leadership can be cultivated; providing the foundational support needed to develop the next generation of leaders.

Why Strive? Like never before, effective leaders must possess the ability to respect, understand and connect with people who are very different from themselves. The core traits of a character-driven leader are self-motivated, courageous, responsible and ethical. We believe the following skills we teach are needed in order to possess those traits: grit, self-awareness, empathy, teamwork, self-efficacy and gratitude. These skills are part of knowing yourself and connecting with others, being fair and honest, sticking with it, and growing from failure. Great leaders exemplify and model these traits and skills for organizations, communities, teammates. A character-driven leader might be a coach or an athlete, a principal or a sixth-grader. Whoever they are, these leaders are setting the stage for other people to be character-driven leaders too. Strive is committed to creating this type of change, on every level of an organization or team. This year alone, with your support, we doubled our reach and worked directly with over 3,000 people across 20 states. Our impact is deeper and broader than ever before, and your support ensures we can continue to reach more people, regardless of their financial means.
