Runners who fundraise for St. Jude while training for their race are part of a nationwide alliance against childhood cancer, they're called St. Jude Heroes. Join us in supporting a group of incredible Heroes who are taking on the historic Boston Marathon, April 20, 2020.
Together we can make an impact in the lives of the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
About St. Jude
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the childhood cancer survival rate from less than 20% when we opened to 80% today. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
Our founder believed that "no child should die in the dawn of life," and we’ve spent more than half a century focusing on our mission: Finding cures. Saving children.®
Unlike any other hospital, the majority of our funding comes from individual contributions. And thanks to generous donors like you, families never receive a bill from St. Jude.
