I have always wanted to do a mud run, so I figured what better way to start out my time in Seattle than participating in the Tough Mudder. I decided that I would use this as a way to raise money for a cause that is close to my heart as well as my family’s. This is why I have chosen to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Back in 2009, my uncle Phil was diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS. His health has rapidly declined over the last couple of years. He is now quadraplegic and most recently has been put on hospice to help keep him comfortable. This is his reality each and every day. Every dollar raised is one step closer to a life where no one has to endure the kind of pain and struggle that those with MS constantly live with. Through funded research we can help make these avancements. I hope you'll consider contributing to help reach these goals. Any little bit helps!
Thanks so much,
