After a year of healthy issues and 6 months of physical therapy later, I can FINALLY run the half-marathon!
For those who closely follow my recent adventures, you know how badly I dreamed of this, how important (and deeply challenging!) these 13.1 miles will be for me. I will most likely have to finish by walking, lose a lung or maybe both of them, but it's still going to be pure happiness :-)
For this occasion, I decided to run for a cause and have decided to support the Wild Tomorrow Fund organization, dedicated to the protection of threaten and endangered species in South Africa. They are doing an amazing job and they definitely worth a little sweat on a Sunday morning ;-)
Each dollar collected will be used to something specific, you can check all of their outstanding job here: https://www.wildtomorrowfund.org/
Thank you for them and see you on October 13th for the race of the year!
