Dear Parishioners and Friends of St. Thomas the Apostle Church,
The Coronavirus pandemic is challenging every aspect of our lives. The news seems to change literally by the hour. Our Masses are not celebrated in a public way but are posted on YouTube. It seems like our Good Friday has come sooner than scheduled. But as an Easter people we place our hope in the Risen Savior and His Blessed Mother. As we go through this difficult time I am reminded of words spoke decades ago by St. John Paul:” when everything seems lost or impossible our most powerful weapon is prayer”.
The journey ahead may be a difficult one but when we all work together we can continue His mission here in this part of the Lord’s Vineyard.
We may be distant physically but we are united spiritually.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Please remember the clergy, staff, and parish family in your thoughts and prayers. Be well and stay safe.
