Brothers and Sisters in Christ, we are praying that you will join us in our mission to buy a Church Home Space. This great mission has been on the hearts of our congregation for some time, Today we are calling on you all to help us achieve this mission in this year of 2020. Our Church home will be a space that is used to serve our people and communities at large. We thank you for all your support; May God continue to Bless You.
WHO WE ARE?
We are a Ugandan Anglican Church located in Boston, MA. We pride ourselves in being a part of the world-wide Anglican Communion, with roots in the Anglican Church of Uganda which was founded in Uganda in the 1870’s.
St. Peter’s began in 2006 after a group of Ugandans in Boston approached the Venerable Dr. Alex Kasirye-Musoke and asked him to lead them in ministry. Since then, the church has been a huge pillar in the Ugandan community serving the greater Boston community, Uganda and worldwide. We are part of the Anglican Diocese in New England (ADNE) and on March 1st, 2020, Bishop Andrew Williams formally welcomed and installed Reverend Amos Kimera as Rector of the thriving ADNE church, St. Peter’s Anglican Church of Uganda, Boston. Rev. Amos takes on the weighty mantle of Venerable Dr. Alex Kasirye-Musoke.
We desire to be a church that develops leaders that will draw many to the kingdom of God for his glorification, and this begins with a permanent church home in order to execute out the different missions that God installs in the hearts of our people.
Our prayer is that you will partner with us in our 1st mission of buying a home for our church in 2020 so that we are able to reach out to the many people who haven’t yet known the Lord, and to continue to be a resource for those who have.
Reverend Amos Kimera, the Rector of St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Boston. “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others” 2 Timothy 2:2

Bishop Andrew Williams, Anglican Diocese in New England(ADNE) commented, “St. Peter’s is a faithful, vibrant and growing church.”
