11/05/2020 UPDATE: Last month, we shared our Annual Financial Disclosure at all masses. The past year was very challenging to say the least. Our current situation is still difficult.
· We are still unable to find a tenant for our school building, and desperately need this income. Please pray for our parish to find a tenant soon.
· We have had to cancel several bingo days due to low volunteerism. Although we only need 12-14 parishioners per bingo day, we struggle to meet that small number and have been forced to cancel several days. This is a major loss of revenue. If you can find the time to volunteer a few hours, even one day a month, please let me know.
Our parishioners have been generous throughout this time, and we thank you for your continued generosity.

9/22/2020 UPDATE: We have been able to meet in church and worship together for several months now. The generosity of our parishioners has been a relief. We have decided to keep this GoFundMe account active as our expenses still exceed our collection. We are still without a school rental, and we cannot hold four bingo games a week due to low volunteerism. We thank all who have helped our parish, and pray for closure to this horrible pandemic. May God bless you. ---Fr. Wilson
Dear St. Anthony’s parishioners, I am writing to ask your support for an Archdiocese-wide initiative that Cardinal Tobin has launched to support our parish community and its outreach to those in need - in response to the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As you can imagine, our parish will continue to face regularly occurring expenses (including utilities and salaries), but without a steady Sunday Offertory. The parish has also lost its Bingo revenue, and is without school rental revenue.
Under the current conditions brought on by the Coronavirus ( COVID-19) pandemic, parishes will find it harder to cater to the needs of the faithful, but all non-traditional methods will be tried. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to our parish. All money raised through individual parish GoFundMe pages will reach our parish within a week from the donation. Contributions are tax-deductible, and contributors will receive tax receipts automatically.
You may also continue to give through your typical methods if you wish. For a message from Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., the Parishes in Need fund, and more on how this initiative will support the critical needs of our parish communities, please visit: https://www.rcan.org/parishsupport For more information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the Archdiocese of Newark’s response, please visit: https://www.rcan.org/COVID19 Sincerely yours in Christ, Fr. Dave Sison Fr. Wilson Paculan
The Archdiocese of Newark
Welcome. The Archdiocese of Newark is coordinating with the team at GoFundMe to provide one online location for the faithful to support the critical needs of their own parish (through this page) or other parish communities (through the Parishes in Need fund). The faithful may also contribute through their usual channels (e.g., envelopes, other online giving, the Annual Appeal).
Please consider a tax-deductible contribution to your parish on the parish’s GoFundMe page, or to the Parishes in Need fund, which will be used to conduct outreach to those in need and support those communities struggling to continue to pay their employees and church utility bills through this crisis. Contributions raised through the parish GoFundMe page will benefit that parish.
Cardinal Tobin has waived the usual archdiocesan assessment for contributions raised through this initiative. GoFundMe does not charge a platform fee (0%). There is a 0% platform fee and only an industry-standard payment processing fee of 1.9% + $0.30 per donation. If a charity receives a donation of $100, they will net $97.80. Donors will also have the option to tip GoFundMe Charity to support their continued business.
Thank you for your generosity to your parish and to those parish communities unable to meet their critical needs alone.
