840,000,000 people live without access to clean drinking water. Every day, women and girls must walk hours to collect water. When communities have access to clean water, girls can attend school, parents can run sustainable farms, and families can break the cycle of poverty.
This May, Springer School will join groups around North America in We Walk for Water. This is our second year supporting the campaign. Students and the community participate in the fundraiser as they learn about the importance of clean water access in the world.
