When choosing which dogs to accept into our care, Fetch & Releash does not discriminate against those that require extensive medical care. If we don’t step up, who will? As a volunteer run, not for profit organization, we rely on the support of our generous donors to save the lives of our many deserving dogs. Currently we have over 100 dogs in our care, several of whom require urgent, specialized medical care.
Our limited funds are drying up fast and we need your help to provide the care these dogs deserve!
When Covid-19 hit, the travel restrictions severely impacted our intake model. Although we have pivoted to focus on local dogs, we lost a significant amount of revenue in the early stages of the lockdown. While we remain committed to both our local and international rescue partners, our costs have gone up significantly.
Donations have also slowed down due to the economic uncertainly many are facing. We understand these are tough times for everyone which is why we have been reluctant to ask for help. Over the last few months though, we’ve taken on a number of expensive medical cases and we are running out of money.
Please donate what you can - every cent counts. Donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt.
