“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face... Do the thing you think you cannot do.”- Eleanor Roosevelt
I am honored to be running my 3rd marathon! I am so grateful to be able to run in the iconic Boston Marathon this coming April to support Special Olympics! Words cannot express how excited I am to embark on this journey.
This run has a special place in my heart. Being a special education teacher and having my students be a huge part of my drive, passion and life; I cannot wait to share this journey with them. I am hoping the journey through 4/20/20 will be an inspiration for my students. I want to be that role model who shows them to never give up on their dreams; no matter how big or small. If we dream it, we can achieve it; with hard work and dedication.
All money raised will help to provide year-round athletic training and sports competitions for individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Thank you for all you support and love!
