Growing up in Los Angeles, I've always been aware of the need for compassion and empathy when it comes to finding solutions to homelessness. It's not a problem we're going to fix overnight but one that requires a relentless pursuit of new and substantive ways of finding adequate housing for our fellow brothers and sisters. My Friend's Place offers a continuum of care including heath and educational services to more than 1,400 children experiencing homelessness each year. That's why I'm proudly partnering with them to raise money to end youth homelessness as I traverse the 26.2 miles from Dodger Stadium to the Pacific Ocean on March 8th for the LA Marathon. Please consider donating to this righteous cause.
